Founded in 2005, this group originally was called Irish NEMESIS . Demo Nemesiswas born in 2006. The style of the group was a kind of NWOBHM combined with Irish Folk. This demo had a good response in the "Underground.
In 2007, the group changed its name in part of musical direction. Finally, the label Eyes Like Snowsign the group and sort the MCD to further spread the music these five young Irish.
First finding production is clear and the comfort of "Listening is maximum and c is the better!

The Morrigan starts like a wild ride through the country covered with four-leaf clovers! L "spirit ANGEL WITCH (for simplicity) is present with a galloping music as a solo inspired by IRON MAIDEN. All in a Nordic atmosphere, dark, even mystical. The rhythms are Heavy, but no riffs but constant support of the bass drum that provides the rhythm!
Visions of the Dawn continues in the same line, just as good with a break to just aerate BATHORY this title, and accentuate the "North".
Another World Awaits is an excellent mid tempo sometimes atmospheric, or epic, which will take you into unknown territories.
Finally On the Crest of Doomwill complete this short (but intense) Irlandaise ride on a new title Heavy quicker and in line with the first. Good work and excellent rhythmic title again.

DARKEST ERA proposes a Heavy Metal with dark influences Dark, Doom, Folk, but with some consistency. If it generally "works for me to Heavy Metal, I would advise that rather MCD people find their pleasure in the winter and depressive moods. If this is you do not miss this (admittedly short) MCD and note the group name on your shelves.
