A year after their first album The Last Sunset Here is the second album of Finnish Adastra, still on the label VIOLENT JOURNEY.

When a group leaves an excellent first album, confirmed on the second is not always easy, so I was eager to listen to Death or Domination.

I reassured on those who had acquired (some from us) The Last Sunset, or Death Domination is the sequel and more mature! Ten tracks of Heavy Metal perfect, seriously implemented, powerful and melodic just enough.

If I have noticed fewer securities very catchy, the album is much more uniform and better product. Adastra refined his style to make it more mature, dark and ambient. Musically, it's really what is expected of a Heavy Metal "old school", but interpreted by young people today! Song of City SÏÏKAMÄKI is really pure happiness and it has really improved; what I call a real singer of Heavy Metal!

The first influences are always a compromise between and IRON MAIDEN NOISEHUNTER to more professional (for the second example) that the group has added a touch of epic sometimes (two or three titles exceed 5 minutes). The little novelty in this new cd, is that the group has managed to get away from these influences to compose a more personal. Yes
, Adastra is definitely a group that has four years in advance!
Four demos and two albums, it is not bad either?

Note that almost all securities are in medium tempo and the two guitarists Jari HARTMAN and to Olli ANTILLA give their heart and the sound really sharp and metal that we all love! I must mention bassist Santerre VAURAMO and drummer Jussi Ruokolainen to ensure their job brilliantly!

In conclusion, I would say that if it's missing one or two more catchy songs, given the quality of this album, I assure you that the group is soon forgiven! Adastra Bravo !
