This Italian group has for inspiration the folklore and the religion of the XIII and XIV ème century and it completes wonderfully the waves of Celtic groups of inspiration or Barbaric that erupt on our site thanks to the friend Phil KOB !

in the matter of the name of the group, it is a just matter of an evocation of the " Diabulus In Musica " (the devil in the music), an interval of three tones in song in fashion to the Effective Means (aujourd’hui called Triton) and that was forbidden afterward.

DIABULA RASA proposes a really complete and catchy album skillfully mixing the melodies, the moods and various songs!

Between ERA and IN EXTREMO, to do very simple, our five Italian ones will please those that like this music style, interpreted of non aggressive manner, that will be able to limit, seduce the non-amateurs of Metal.
The guitars are often present, but they accompany just the pieces and put themselves not forward with of big riffs, as the very well had done the other group Italian commented on on this site, FUROR GALLICO.

All brilliantly is interpreted, songs including, and set up; mixage and production are at the temporal height of this trip and will arrive surement to transport you well far of your daily one. The instrumental one Skott X and especially Ostinato that open the album are ideal to enter into the universe of DIABULA RASA !
If the group inspires itself music and of texts of era, it brings also his big work of composition, and every proposed title you will prove the excellent level attains in ten years of existence!

In 2005 the group has gone out a first album that contained practically all the proposed titles in 2010 on this new album (the titles completely having been replayed and modified).

I am not the specialist of the kind, but as I had loved FUROR GALLICO, I love DIABULA RASA !
