And exactly, the choice of the titles is exceptional and excellent!

I know all the original ones, it is a good revision, safe the Undercover Lovesung one byDiego BONETA, a title that I like equally a lot!
For the remainder, that of the heavy one, of POISON to DEF LEPPARDwhile going through GUNS N' ROSES, FOREIGNER, NIGHT RANGERS, PAT BENATAR, EXTREME, JOAN JETT, JOURNEY, BON JOVI, SCORPIONS, WHITESNAKE ,TWISTED SISTERetc.
The result is really good despite, and that could have been very "breaks mouth", the réenregistrement by the actors and actresses of the film of thehits of the quoted groups.
But as the compositions are "to the identical one" and impressive voices, I find the staggering result.
I remain a purist at the far end of me and prefers the voices of the original ones but I have reconnaitre that the work here is of a superior quality.
Ecoutez Tom CRUISE, that is a revelation to the song here, interpret Paradise City, Wanted Dead Or Alive, Pour Some Sugar On Me ,Rock You Like A Hurricaneand you will say some me new!
Steps fan for a penny of this actor and again less than his private life, it reveals himself to me as a fantastic singer!
I will not quote all the actors, all the actresses here, but know that even if Mary J. BLIDGE or againCatherine ZETA-JONESdo not do left your references, they assure a max!
Brief, I not know if this film will interest a lot the French (e) s, not very concerned (e) s by this musical style in the years 80 (while this was the major musical culture to the WORE) but I find thisBO strong recommandable!
The small mixages of different titles are equally strong well tied!
Last information, the film will be entitledROCK FOREVERin France, ask me not why!

City : BRIVE	Rémi, je suis un puriste : FOREIGNER, JOURNEY, BON JOVI, WHITESNAKE représentent le (Hard) Rock mélodique que j'aime, propre à une époque, les années 80, d'ou sortent pour moi les meilleurs disques. Et ce ROCK OF AGES me plait beaucoup car les versions, conformes aux originales, dégagent une réelle fraîcheur. Les duos sont bien interprétés, les medley réussis et les acteurs chantent très bien (Tom CRUISE en effet!). Je trouve ta chronique vraiment fidèle, tout est dit, bravo! Cela me donne envie de voir ce film...Ah les années 80... Comment by Rémifm : Nostalgia, when you hold us... All similar one for me! Thank you for your commentary of a not easy album to defend, certain sites having slaughtered the opus with even of the 4/20!!! as for the film, I expect really to the worse one, maybe a good surprised one to come, in dvd in 6 months?
