DARXTAR does not sail in the galaxy of the Hard Rockor of the Metal but in the one of the Rock Space, category of which the absolute reference and essential abode HAWKWIND. With this seventh album since 1991,DARXTAR faithful abode to the precepts of the kind, while proposing a comparatively accessible grinding. Of course, the mood is generally mind-blowing and vaporeuse, indeed smoked out, but arrangements or psychedelic digressions are not for as much prégnants in comparison with the structures of the compositions. These remain comparatively legible and coherent.
