A tribute to the New Wave of British Heavy Metal band (1976 - 1986)

Despite the fact that the group broke up as long ago as 1986, many rock fans of a certain age still hold cherished memories of Spider. One of Britain's hardest working acts, they traversed the length and breadth of the nation, performing around two thousand concerts during a ten year period. From St Austell and Torquay in the West Country to the upper reaches of Scotland such as Kilmarnock, Dumfries, Fife and Elgin, as well as all the nation's principle towns and cities, nowhere was safe from this eight legged boogie machine.
